We are an established well known company with 30 years experience in the retail of fancy dress, accessories, wigs and masks to name but a few! Each and every one of our customers is important to us and if feedback is anything to go by we have a fantastic service history. We aim to give 100% in all aspects of our service to you and assure you of our best attention at all times. Should you choose to use our online service we thank you in advance for your custom.
Please feel free to e mail us for information on any item or a special order quote. Special orders normally take 5-10 days.

Payment must clear before orders are shipped
In case of cheque payment funds must be cleared by bank. Cheques/drafts payable to Fun Place Ltd.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Should there be a failed delivery and goods are returned to us they can be re-sent at an extra postal charge
or a refund less postal charge.
We reserve the right to amend or change terms and conditions, however the T&C listed at time of purchase shall
apply.

RETURNS POLICY.

Please check you order correct size before making purchase. If however you are unhappy with your purchase
or have a problem with size we will happily exchange costume providing it is in perfect condition and original packaging.
Please be aware you will have to pay extra postal charges.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days.
For hygiene reasons wigs cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All wigs are elasticated to fit all head sizes.
It is the requirement of FANCYDRESSERS that all purchases be made by adults over 18 years of age.
Once goods are paid for and shipped the liability for those goods transfer to the customer/postal services.
